Friday - July 28, 2017

5 PM – 9 PM              REGISTRATION in the Danielson Ballroom

5 PM – 9 PM              Happy Hour @ The Biltmore in the Danielson Ballroom (tentative).

5 PM – 9 PM              Tween/Teen Mixer Party with DJ @ The Biltmore Hotel in the Laguna Ballroom (tentative).

Saturday - July 29, 2017

9 AM – 6 PM              REGISTRATION: @Danielson Ballroom. We are planning to have a table for each family group to register and receive their individual ID's.  Volunteer Contact:  Sofia Mendoza sofiagmendoza@aol.com, 305-448-7725

9 AM – 6 PM              Museum @ Danielson Ballroom – Exhibit of the Gonzalez de Mendoza family photos, articles, etc. Video – Recordings – Come by to have your family stories recorded for future generations.

8 AM – 1 PM              Golf Tournament – The Biltmore Golf Course. Must pre-register with Golf Directors:  Tom Logan and Pedro Arellano. For more information contactTom Logan by email: TJLogan@bellsouth.net . There is an additional fee to participate in the Tournament.

10 AM – 1 PM            Doubles Tennis Tournament – Location - Biltmore Tennis Courts (Must pre-register by email, with Tennis Director: Andres Pedroso PedrosoTennis@gmail.com) There may be an additional fee to participate in the tennis tournament.

11 AM – 1 PM             (Slip n Slide) Kick Ball: Contact Alexia Mejias: AlexiaMejias87@gmail.com

Lunch                        Saturday Lunch is on your own.  Various restaurants are located on the premises of The Biltmore Hotel.

1 PM – 5 PM            Pool Time; Cabana area of the Pool will be reserved for reunion members.

1 PM – 5 PM              Pool Games; Games will be organized in and around the Pool for the younger children.  Silvia (Arellano) Royer will be leading the activities.  

SATURDAY EVENING EVENTS

7 PM – 9PM                           Registration @ Granada Ballroom / Lobby Entrance

7 PM – 12 PM                         Mendoza Party @ The Granada Ballroom

Attire: Casual / Tropical

7 PM – 8 PM                          Cocktail Hour with un Trio Cubano.

7:30 PM                                  Children’s Dinner Served

8 PM                                       Adults/Teens Dinner Served

8 PM – 12 PM                        Dancing with “Los Profesionales” a 13 piece orchestra playing the best Cuban, latin and contemporary music and a DJ!

                                                Let’s see which Group will win the dance competition this year!

Sunday – July 30, 2017

11 AM                                     Mendoza Family Mass @ the Alhambra Ballroom, The Biltmore

Hotel with Father Favalora.

12 Noon                                  Family Photos – Individual Branch followed by Entire Group

2:00 PM                                  Awards Ceremony – Sport and Dance Stars get your Trophies!

2:30 PM – 6 PM                     Pool Time
